We are innovative craftsmen blending Scandinavian aesthetics with premium comfort and sustainability.   Leading creative direction in a collaborative and creative team As a Senior Designer, you’ll lead the creative direction for selected categories within our women’s footwear collections. You’ll translate consumer insights and market trends into innovative, commercial products that reflect ECCO’s DNA. Working closely with product managers, developers, and our in-house tanneries, you’ll ensure that every design is both beautiful and buildable, and that it meets the highest standards of quality and sustainability. You’ll also: Take ownership of the full design process from concept to final prototype. Collaborate with cross-functional teams across design, development and commercial Present your concepts and collections to internal stakeholders and leadership. Stay ahead of trends and consumer needs to inform future collections. Mentor and inspire junior designers in the team. Success in this role means that within 1–2 years, you’ve delivered strong seasonal collections that perform well in the market, strengthened ECCO’s design identity, and contributed to a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Based at our global headquarters in Tønder, you’ll become part of a close-knit women design team of 3 passionate designers and 5 colour and material designers who thrive in  creativity, collaboration and curiosity. We work in an open, informal atmosphere where ideas are shared freely, and where we challenge each other to push the boundaries of design while staying true to ECCO’s heritage.   Your profile: Creative, experienced, and collaborative You combine a strong design vision with technical expertise and a passion for footwear. You thrive in a global, creative environment and know how to turn ideas into relevant products that women love. We’re looking for someone who has:  6-10 years of experience in women’s footwear design with a strong portfolio. Experience working with leather  Proficiency in relevant design tools (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Blender). A degree in footwear design. Excellent communication skills and proven ability to work across cultures. A collaborative mindset and proactive approach to design challenges.   Ready to design the future of footwear?
