We are currently recruiting for a Senior Designer to play an integral role in our Entertainment advertising team, focusing on creating disruptive and entertaining brand campaigns. We’re a creative studio that builds, evolves, and champions entertainment brands that millions of Australians interact with every day.
This isn’t a role just for those chasing the next new brand concept. Yes, you’ll help shape and launch brands - but equally important, you’ll flex your craft by pushing and evolving existing brand systems, creating standout campaigns, and producing high-quality design that makes entertainment brands come alive across every touchpoint.
And you’ll see your work out in the world every week - on billboards, buses, trams, TV, social feeds, stadium screens, and beyond - making a real and visible impact.
You’ll be part of a multi-disciplinary team of designers - brand, motion, digital, and 3D - collaborating closely with strategy, production, and marketing partners. You’ll lead by example: delivering strong, original design work while helping guide and inspire those around you.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Balance everyday design campaigns with conceptual brand and campaign projects.
  • Find smarter, faster ways of rolling out design at scale, while protecting space for crafted, world-class creative.
  • Collaborate with the Creative Director on new brand projects, bringing your brand experience to the fore. You’re a brand design nerd - you love brand identities and follow them closely.
  • Champion and police brand guidelines, knowing when to push, adapt, or break them.
  • Partner with the Creative Director and wider design team to deliver design solutions across digital, print, motion, and campaign work.
  • Mentor and inspire designers, providing guidance and constructive feedback.
  • Present ideas and design work with clarity and confidence, internally and with senior stakeholders.
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines with calm focus, delivering work that’s both beautiful and effective.
