JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior FF&E Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in design and project management & delivery, demonstrating proficiency in various design software. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to lead projects from conception through to completion while collaborating with other team members and studio management.

EXPERIENCE

• 6+ years of proven experience as a designer in a relevant field, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in design software including AutoCAD, CAD, Sketchup, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong knowledge of procurement software.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead teams and manage client relationships effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating aesthetically pleasing designs that are functional.

  Pay: £45,000.00-£52,000.00 per year

• Develop innovative design concepts that meet the luxury standard that is expected from our studio.
• Create beautifully detailed proposals, including drawings, presentations and specifications.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets.
• Collaborate with architects, and other designers to ensure cohesive project execution.
• Prepare beautiful presentations and schemes for client projects.
• Conduct site visits to assess project progress and address any issues that may arise.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually enhance design quality.
