ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design.
  • 5-6 years of experience in strategic design, preferably in creative agencies.
  • Strong design portfolio that demonstrates design mastery in graphic, packaging and brand design: ideation, creative excellence, storytelling, and technical mastery
  • Proficiency in AI design tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Midjourney).
  • Skilled in Adobe design softwares.
  • Motion graphics and Chinese language skills are a plus.
Responsibilities

As the Sr. Designer for IPC, you will lead design strategy and execution across Baby & Child Care and Adult & Feminine Care categories. Your work will support one of IPC’s key transformation goals: enhancing brand storytelling and consumer engagement. You’ll deliver integrated design solutions across packaging, product graphics, demos, and key visuals, collaborating closely with brand, digital, and local marketing teams.

  • Develop brand identity concepts through collaborative “Design Sprints” with design and business teams.
  • Visualize product innovations to inspire internal teams, retail partners, and consumers.
  • Design cohesive consumer touchpoints aligned with commercial campaigns.
