Job Description As a Senior Designer in the production and adaptation space, you will create high-quality, compelling content for globally recognized brands. We are looking for a combination of hands-on design skills and to ensure creative excellence across several touch points, including static graphics, motion graphics, digital content, and social media. Reporting to the Design Director. You'll support delivery of adaptation and localized content for different markets, ensuring that all assets are produced to the highest standard. You will also use AI tools like Pencil Pro to refine workflows and increase the adaptation process. Your role is important in ensuring the delivery of creative work that meets client needs while staying ahead of design trends. Your primary responsibility: Support the delivery of adaptation and localized content for different markets You will work within a team, encouraging collaboration and creativity to ensure work is delivered. Participate in project reviews with project teams to ensure that all creative work meets client expectations and follows the brief. Collaborate with the Jellyfish Creative teams to agree on creative strategies and goals. Deliver the production of both static and motion design assets for several digital channels, ensuring they meet brand guidelines and specifications. Use AI tools like Pencil Pro to improve design workflows, helping the team produce and refine designs. Stay proficient in main design tools, including Figma and Adobe Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator), 3D tools like Blender a bonus. Collaborate with project managers and creative teams to ensure briefs are understood and accomplished correctly. Ensure that designs are compatible with platforms, especially social media and digital touch points, while maintaining brand consistency. Provide constructive feedback and revisions, pushing the creative boundaries while staying aligned with client needs. Localise designs and adapting assets for different markets, ensuring consistency across global platforms. Qualifications 4+ years of professional experience in design within an agency or brand environment. Experience working with well-known global brands, adapting content for several markets. Proficiency in design software, including Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro. Experience with motion design, video editing, and 3D animation tools (e.g., Blender). Expertise in creating digital and social assets for global clients. Experience with visual storytelling and the ability to translate complex ideas into simple and engaging visuals. Solid knowledge of social media and paid media design best practices. You like to stay up to date with current design trends and technological innovations. Familiarity with AI-driven tools like Pencil Pro to increase the design process and help produce high-quality assets quickly.
