Description The Senior Designer is a key creative contributor responsible for bringing the Vosges Haut-Chocolat visual world to life across packaging, campaigns, photography, digital content, and retail experiences. This role supports the Art Director in executing seasonal stories, product launches, and brand evolution. The Senior Designer collaborates closely with Product Development, Marketing, eCommerce, and Operations to translate flavor narratives and brand strategy into elevated, luxury visual design. Packaging Design Design packaging for core and seasonal collections. Develop themes, concepts, and mood boards aligned with brand direction. Create dielines, 3D mockups, prototypes, and production-ready files. Specify paper stocks, PMS colors, finishes, and print techniques. Review proofs and samples, providing precise production feedback. Photography & Content Creation Support Art Director and Marketing in planning and directing photoshoots. Build detailed shot lists and organize products, props, and materials. Source props and manage shoot logistics, including backdrops and budgets. Retouch, edit, and resize assets for digital, print, and paid media channels. Catalogs, Mailers & Print Materials Design seasonal catalogs, mailers, and long-form storytelling inserts. Build layouts that showcase collection inspiration, craftsmanship, and gifting value. Design assets for corporate gifting, business collateral, and internal communications. Work efficiently through multiple rounds of review to meet tight deadlines. Retail & Experiential Design Design signage, displays, and in-store visuals for boutiques and pop-up experiences. Translate campaign concepts into physical retail environments. Product Labeling & Compliance Update nutrition facts, ingredient panels, regulatory copy, and product labels. Ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency across formats. Maintain an accurate filing system. Corporate & Internal Design Support Design assets for corporate gifting, business collateral, and internal communications. Create catalogs, one-sheets, marque cards, and sales materials. Collaboration & Workflow Participate in weekly creative and marketing meetings. Communicate clearly with cross-functional teams and external vendors. Maintain organized design files, production assets, and project archives. Creative Research & Inspiration Stay current on design, packaging, luxury, food, and fashion trends. Bring forward new concepts and ideas that elevate the brand. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or similar field. 7+ years of design experience in luxury, CPG, food, beauty, or related industries. Packaging experience mandatory. Expertise in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. Strong understanding of print production and packaging workflows. Exceptional attention to detail and precision. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset. Ability to work independently while taking direction from the Art Director. Portfolio required (URL or PDF).
