Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a skilled Senior Designer to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on variety, moving seamlessly across touchpoints—from digital and motion to in-store, print, and experiential. You’ll collaborate with strategists, researchers, and creatives to uncover opportunities, solve design challenges, and push creative boundaries.
As a Senior Designer, you will bring a sharp creative eye, an ability to translate strategy into engaging design, and the confidence to present and defend your work to both clients and internal stakeholders. You’ll also play a key role in mentoring junior talent, helping to elevate the overall creative output of the team.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Partner with strategists, creatives, and client teams to deliver integrated design solutions that feel cohesive and purposeful.
  • Design across a range of platforms and channels—digital, motion, print, retail, and experiential—ensuring each execution aligns with brand identity and strategy.
  • Generate fresh, original ideas that bring energy and impact to customer experiences.
  • Present design concepts and rationale with clarity and confidence to clients and colleagues alike.
  • Keep pace with cultural trends, design innovations, and new technologies, using them to inspire and evolve your work.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, supporting their growth and helping raise creative standards across the team.
