Taking ownership of multiple features, you will ensure the quality, alignment with goals, and seamless delivery. You’ll collaborate with leadership to deeply understand product objectives, evaluate competing products and conduct technical analyses to inform design and development decisions.
You’ll play a key role in developing user-focused goals, creating system designs, data schemas, and sample data. Through breaking down product requirements into actionable plans, you’ll support Product Owners and Producers, liaise with cross-disciplinary teams such as UX, UI, Art, and Audio, all the while ensuring development handovers are smooth and efficient.
Beyond development, you’ll validate features in partnership with QA, troubleshooting bugs and contributing to content implementation. You’ll be involved in playtesting, balancing and assisting with continuous integration processes to ensure the player experience is fun and of the utmost highest quality.
Post-launch, you’ll analyse feature performance, adjust designs to meet KPIs, and engage with community feedback to refine player experiences. You’ll also collaborate on player-facing communications, contributing to a holistic product development lifecycle that prioritises excellence and player satisfaction.
