What you’ll do As a Senior Designer in our Roads, Integrated Transport and Mobility Team based in our Mackay Office, you’ll contribute to projects and programs that make a real difference and be part of a team that embraces challenges, welcomes diverse ideas, and engineer solutions with people and outcomes in mind. Advise clients on complex engineering projects from concept to delivery Work with multidisciplinary teams to solve technical challenges Deliver high-quality advice that informs decisions Contribute to resilient and innovative engineering solutions Apply advanced analytics and optimisation to enhance performance What you’ll bring Relevant engineering qualifications and experience in Road Design utilising 12d Design Software Desirable Experience delivering TMR and regional road infrastructure projects from concept through to detailed design Desirable strong working knowledge of Austroads guidelines, TMR standards and road design best practice A track record of delivering practical, impactful outcomes Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills The ability to see the big picture and challenge assumptions How we support your growth We believe your career should be a rewarding adventure.
