JOB SUMMARY

• Start date: as soon as possible. Applications will be considered on a rolling basis until the position is filled.
• Salary: flexible based upon experience.
• Hybrid work: Tuesdays and Thursdays our team works in-office.
• Working hours: 9:00am-5:30pm EST
• Paid vacation: 20 days of paid time off, including 15 vacation days and 5 days of office closure, (typically over Christmas and New Year’s).

We are seeking a Senior Designer to join our team on a full-time basis. We’re looking for a creative, passionate storyteller, with an array of creative and technical skills to join us as we expand our design capacity. You will be working closely with Sandbox’s leadership, production, and creative teams - in particular, our Design Lead. In addition to designing and illustrating, you may play a leadership role by mentoring junior and intermediate team members, providing guidance to elevate their skills, and eventually leading projects from concept to completion. You will apply your expertise to a variety of projects, through research/conceptualization, storyboarding, design, execution, quality control, and team collaboration.
