Position Overview The Senior Designer is a high-energy, positive-minded professional with experience in luxury residential interior design and must have the ability to work in a fast-paced, client service driven environment on multiple projects.  Key Responsibilities * Work closely with clients and firm President to create and execute a comprehensive interior design vision for each project * Develop project-specific interior architectural designs and interior design concepts for ceilings, millwork, tile layout, flooring patterns, in collaboration with interior detailer * Make background selections for projects * Make furniture selections for projects * Maintain/organize project files, schedules, and specifications * Manage project timelines and meet specific deadlines for multiple projects, simultaneously * Manage and mentor a dedicated design assistant * Conduct site visits when necessary and assist in construction supervision Qualifications and Skills * Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, a related field, or equivalent experience * Minimum 5 years residential interior design experience (luxury residential projects preferred, but not required), as dedicated designer on projects * Understand shop drawings from cabinet and millwork companies * Understand architectural drawings   * Working knowledge of construction techniques and related coordinating details and dimensions * Follow budget standards and properly track and manage time  * Adhere to company standards and be open to learning and receiving feedback  * Dynamic presentation and public speaking skills * Thrive in a fast-paced team environment where forward-thinking and communication is key   * High attention to detail  * Strong work ethic Compensation and Benefits * Annual salary based on range of experience, certification, and portfolio * Health Care Contribution * 401K Contribution * Life Insurance and Long-Term Disability * Paid Holidays * Paid Time Off (PTO) * Work from Home (2 days per week) * Cell Phone Allowance * Company Sponsored Team Outings and Activities
