The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Digital Designer to lead the way in delivering digital and UX design that not only looks exceptional but drives engagement and conversion. You’ll work on projects from concept through to delivery, playing a key role in bringing to life high impact creative for some of the world’s most exciting brands and retailers.
Reporting to the Customer Experience Director, you’ll work closely with strategists, developers, and client teams to design experiences across digital, UX, content production and even print every touchpoint built to inspire, engage and convert.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead the creation of digital-first creative, from campaign assets to immersive UX journeys
• Deliver purposeful, performance-driven design that elevates the customer experience
• Provide clear art direction and creative leadership across channels and formats
• Mentor and guide junior and mid-weight designers, offering feedback that supports growth
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business goals into smart, strategic design
• Balance multiple deadlines and priorities in a fast-moving, reactive environment
• Ensure all work meets the highest standards of craft, usability, and brand consistency

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in digital design, with a solid foundation in UX
• A portfolio that shows off your ability to design content and experiences that convert, especially in retail and e-commerce
• Natural leadership skills with experience mentoring or guiding other creatives
• Strong communication skills and confidence presenting work internally and to clients
• Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other relevant platforms
• A strategic thinker with sharp attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Comfortable juggling multiple projects at once without losing momentum
• Bonus: Skills in CRM automation tools such as Moveable Ink would be highly advantageous
