Senior Designer

£45,000-£50,000 per annum

London | Hybrid

We're looking for a talented, hands-on Senior Designer to join an established and growing B2B technology business, taking ownership of design and creative output across the organisation.

This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive designer who loves variety and wants genuine ownership. Working within the Brand team and collaborating with stakeholders across the business, you'll take projects from initial brief through to final delivery, ensuring everything is engaging, consistent and on-brand.

From digital and print campaigns to sales decks, product launches, video content and interactive product storytelling, you'll play a key role in shaping how the brand comes to life.

What you'll be doing

  • Taking ownership of design briefs and delivering projects from concept through to completion
  • Managing the company-wide Canva account, creating templates and helping teams maintain brand consistency
  • Designing high-quality assets across digital, print, website, email, social and presentations
  • Creating visually engaging sales decks, proposals and RFP responses
  • Producing and editing video content using Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Developing more creative video and interactive content that demonstrates how products fit into customers' day-to-day working lives
  • Filming and editing interviews with clients and colleagues to create engaging case studies
  • Translating SaaS products and functionality into clear, engaging visual assets and product visualisations
  • Supporting product launches and developing creative aimed at senior decision-makers
  • Bringing consistency to the brand across every customer touchpoint
  • Working within existing brand guidelines while finding new ways for the business to stand out
  • Collaborating with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation, providing guidance and feedback on brand and design
  • Supporting creative projects around major industry events and awards

You'll be the go-to person for design across the business, so this role offers plenty of autonomy, visibility and creative ownership.

About you

We're looking for someone with around 4-5 years' professional design experience who is creative, commercially aware and confident taking ownership of their work.

Ideally, you'll have:

  • Around 4-5 years' experience in a graphic, digital, brand or integrated design role
  • Previous experience within B2B technology, SaaS or a product-led environment
  • Strong hands-on experience using Canva
  • Strong Adobe Premiere Pro skills and experience creating and editing video content
  • Excellent knowledge of the wider Adobe Creative Suite
  • Confidence designing across digital, video and print
  • Experience translating SaaS products or complex functionality into visually engaging, easy-to-understand creative
  • A strong portfolio showcasing relevant product, digital and video work
  • Experience with Figma would be a bonus
  • Excellent attention to detail and a strong understanding of brand consistency
  • The ability to confidently manage projects and deadlines independently
  • A proactive approach, spotting opportunities and taking action rather than waiting to be asked
  • Excellent communication skills and the confidence to collaborate with stakeholders across the business
  • A positive attitude and the ability to take feedback constructively

Above all, we're looking for someone who combines strong creative ability with ownership and initiative. You'll be comfortable taking a brief, developing the creative direction and delivering excellent work without needing to be heavily managed.
