SENIOR DESIGNER (WEB, PRINT, DIGITAL)

We’re looking for a seasoned Senior Designer with a sharp eye, a strong design voice, and the ability to execute across digital, print, and web. This is a hands-on role for a designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to shape the visual identity of our growing brand. You’ll work closely with internal teams and freelancers and will be responsible for creating a wide variety of marketing and brand assets-including a 200-page company culture book, web design, direct mail pieces, email designs, digital ads, and social media content.
This role requires someone who’s confident in their craft, collaborative in their approach, and comfortable balancing strategy with pixel-perfect execution.

• Own the Brand Look & Feel: Ensure visual consistency across all mediums while pushing creative boundaries in web, print, and digital.
• Design Across Mediums: Tackle a wide range of projects, including book layouts, social campaigns, digital ads, email designs, print collateral, and event materials.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with marketing, HR, freelancers, and external vendors to deliver impactful creative that supports business goals.
• Support Event Marketing: Design and prep materials for events and trade shows, making sure our presence stands out in the crowd.
• Drive Social Visuals: Create scroll-stopping social graphics and short-form content that align with our brand voice.
• Manage Projects: Juggle multiple design projects from concept to final delivery while hitting timelines and brand standards.
• Stay Current: Keep tabs on design trends, tools, and best practices to keep our creative sharp and fresh.
• Uphold Quality: Review and polish every asset that goes out the door to ensure quality, accuracy, and alignment with the brand.
