Take the next step in your career and play a pivotal tūranga (role) in developing and maintaining a world-class CRM platform that empowers our bankers, enabling them to provide top-tier customer service to BNZ customers. This is a newly created tūranga, based in either Auckland or Wellington. We operate in a hybrid environment so you would have three days in the office per week, and two days where you can work flexibly. Mō te Tūranga | About the Role We sat down with our Customer360 team, and they let us know the following about the role. What are 5 day to day tasks the person in this role will complete? Develop and maintain a cutting edge CRM platform to empower our Bankers and improve customer service. Collaborate effectively with customer enterprise and solution architects to align technical solutions with business needs. Utilise your excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey technical concepts effectively. Apply your knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps practices in the Salesforce platform environment. Accurately estimate technical and development efforts based on project requirements. What is the tīma culture and environment like? Our tīma is split between Auckland and Wellington, and we enjoy new / newly renovated modern central city office space when we are working in the office. We are a diverse tīma and you’re able to bring your whole self to work. We celebrate individual successes and have fun as a tīma. What is the most exciting thing about this opportunity? Working as part of the best Salesforce transformation programmes in the WORLD using the latest Salesforce tools to help drive exceptional customer experiences. What is the most challenging thing about this opportunity? We need someone who can rapidly understand our implementation and start taking handover from our implementation partner. What specific skills would be beneficial? We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer who has multiple certifications supporting their experience (such as Salesforce Administrator Certification, Salesforce Platform App Builder Certification, Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification). You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with customer enterprise & solution architects. You will also enjoy and bring experience working within enterprise or corporate level organisations. You will also bring: Experience with advanced point-and-click features including flows. Exposure to CI/CD and DevOps around the Salesforce platform. Estimating technical & development effort based on requirements. Experience working in an Agile software methodology/delivery.
