Establish and enforce development guidelines and governance to ensure high-quality deliverables. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of developers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Manage and coordinate with external development partners to ensure seamless integration and delivery. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring system stability and performance. Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the team. KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience as a Lead Developer or Senior Developer in a financial or data-intensive environment. Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python. Experience with financial market data systems and understanding of financial products and services. Excellent team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
