Ongoing Full-time opportunity Join a collaborative team where your code makes a real public impact Be part of a high-performing dev team About the Role As the Senior Full Stack .NET Developer, you’ll provide application design and full stack development services to deliver reliable, flexible, scalable, and secure software applications that support organisational capabilities. This is an opportunity for an experienced Full Stack .NET Developer who wants to work on highly visible, mission-critical systems that underpin large-scale election events and democratic processes across NSW. You will play a key role in designing, building and enhancing enterprise-grade applications within a complex and integrated application environment. Working across the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), you will contribute to solutions that must meet immovable election deadlines while maintaining architectural integrity, performance and security. The role suits a developer with strong backend expertise in C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core MVC and RESTful services (JSON/XML), combined with solid frontend UI development experience using Angular, Bootstrap or modern JavaScript frameworks. You will also bring strong database capability across SQL Server and/or Oracle environments. Beyond technical depth, this role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate closely with solution architects, business analysts and other developers to translate complex business requirements into high-quality technical outcomes. This role is an Ongoing Full-time position. Strong hands-on development experience using Microsoft technology stack including C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, MVC and Web APIs. Demonstrated experience building and consuming RESTful services (JSON/XML). Proven frontend development experience using Angular, Bootstrap or modern JavaScript frameworks. Experience working with relational databases such as SQL Server and/or Oracle. Experience with unit testing frameworks and code review practices. Experience preparing high quality technical documentation. Knowledge of ITSM (ITIL) processes. Relevant tertiary qualification in Computer Science or related field. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across technical and non-technical teams.
