Description
Participate in the full PCB design workflow, including requirement analysis, solution study, schematic/layout design, verification testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance. Develop and optimize high-speed, high-density RF, digital and Power circuit boards, ensuring signal integrity, power efficiency, and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC). Support cost and process optimization by reducing PCB layer counts and improving routing and manufacturability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (hardware, mechanical, thermal, process) to ensure design efficiency and integration. Contribute to continuous quality improvement, competence development, innovation, and knowledge sharing within the team. Degree in Electronic Engineering, Communication Engineering, or related fields. Solid knowledge of PCB design principles, including signal integrity, impedance control, and EMI/EMC considerations. Experience with PCB design and manufacture verification tools (e.g., Cadence Allegro, Mentor Graphics, Valor NPI or equivalent). Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
