Join our Power Platforms team and make a real impact on how we deliver technology to support students, staff, and research!
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Developer (Power Platforms) to modernise our CRM systems and build innovative, user-focused solutions that align with the University’s strategic goals. You’ll be part of a collaborative team of four developers, working closely with technical experts and customers to design, deliver, and maintain impactful solutions across the Microsoft Power Platform.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain key business CRM systems based on Dynamics 365.
  • Build a range of custom Power Apps, Automations and integrations, using Dataverse, SharePoint Online and other cloud services such as Azure and AWS.
  • Contribute to BAU activities, ensuring progress of service requests and incidents within the remit of Power Platforms.
  • Work with the Principal Developer Power Platforms to accurately size work and contribute to resource plans and estimates.
  • Help analyse and curate user stories using Azure Dev Ops working collaboratively with portfolio managers and other principal engineers and developers to scope projects and small works.
  • Leverage vendor relationships to drive maximum value, escalating and tracking issues through to resolution, acting as technical liaison alongside product and business owners.

We’re seeking someone with a strong development background who is passionate about building solutions that empower users and streamline business processes. You’ll bring:

  • Proven experience working with Dynamics 365, particularly Customer Service and Sales modules
  • Practical experience with developing with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Confidence to present, demonstrate, and train users on developed solutions
