JOB SUMMARY:

The Sr. Software Developer is accountable for developing and maintaining software projects as assigned and helping mentor junior developers.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a comparable degree or equivalent work/school experience.
· 7+ yrs experience participating in a collaborative development environment preferred.
· 7+ yrs experience with Microsoft based technologies.
· 7+ yrs C# and .NET technologies

· REST API

Preferred Education, Experience, and Skills: These skills are not necessary but are considered a plus
· AI integration experience
· UI/UX experience
· 3+ yrs Microsoft Power Platform

· As a Sr. Software Developer, your primary responsibility is to write high-quality code based on provided specifications. You will create elegant and efficient solutions using programming languages such as C#, JavaScript/Typescript, Angular, MS Power Platform, and others as needed.
· Consistently meet timelines and maintain awareness of schedules.
· Assist with and learn how to interpret business technical and functional requirements and design solutions to meet those requirements.
· Work effectively in a team environment and balance individually assigned work.
· Perform modifications to complex code.
· Perform unit testing and develop fixes.
· Take direction from senior developers with more experience.
· Work independently as well as be a good team member.
· Acquire and maintain additional technical skills for professional development.
Supervisory Responsibility: None
Work Environment: This is a hybrid position but open to fully remote for the right candidate.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work Some flexibility in hours is allowed, but the employee must be available during the “core” work hours of 9:00 a.m. to 3:00p.m. and must work 40 hours each week to maintain full-time status. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
