ABOUT THE ROLE.

This is a great opportunity for a Senior Development manger to join Bakkavor to work at our Bakkavor site in Spalding to manage the delivery of the Development activity against the agreed Development plan.

ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES

Develop & manage the category development plan, ensuring commercial, operational, and technical alignment
Lead cross-functional teams to drive product development, delivering against customer expectations
Build strong customer relationships, managing development for a key retail client
Innovate & create market-leading products using trends, consumer insights, and category knowledge
Manage critical path processes, ensuring timely and effective product launches
Collaborate with stakeholders across Commercial, Marketing, and Operations to define category strategies
Unlock complex development challenges, driving efficiencies and improvements
