Our opportunity
We have an opportunity for a Senior Development Manager to join our Mulgoa master planned community development in western Sydney. You will be responsible for the management of the project team, the delivery of property development opportunities and in projects in accordance with the strategic group and divisional objectives.
You will play a key role in the planning, delivery and sales phase of the first stages, and DA, civil design and civil construction phases of the remaining stages, open space and infrastructure delivery. In addition, there will be an opportunity for involvement with planning proposals for the future stages of the Mulgoa development.

Responsibilities

Multiple/highly complex/large projects responsibility.
Prepare project strategy.
Review and oversee complex and or multiple Development Briefs, Programmes, Feasibilities and Risk and Opportunity schedules.
Identify and manage Risks and Opportunities to optimise outcomes.
Developing and implementing appropriate management policies, systems and processes sometimes extracurricular operational items.
Exemplary expertise in understanding legal aspects and obtaining authority approvals.
Actively manage and develop people across larger and/or multiple teams.
Your point of difference
To be successful you must be professionally qualified with a proven track record delivering complex master planned community projects through all phases of the development life cycle. You will be technically strong with the ability to lead team members on technical and people management matters.
You will have well development stakeholder management skills, including conflict resolution experience in project and people management.
You will be passionate about delivering master planned community projects and thrive working as part of a dynamic team to drive win-win project outcomes.
