[What the role is] The Healthcare team in the Healthcare & Biomedical Division is responsible for shaping and delivering initiatives to support the growth of healthcare companies. [What you will be working on] This role plays a key part in driving the growth and development of the healthcare ecosystem, focusing on AI in healthcare and digital transformation of the strategic healthcare services providers. Industry & Programme Development Formulate strategies and develop programmes to support healthcare companies. Enterprise Development & Stakeholder Engagement Identify and account manage innovative start-ups and high-growth enterprises, to facilitate their growth and expansion Work closely with government agencies and ecosystem partners to support company growth and expansion. Engage stakeholders including venture builders, incubators, accelerators, and investors. Market Intelligence & Industry Advancement Research and analyse local and global industry trends. Promote adoption of emerging technologies and industry best practices. [What we are looking for] What You'll Be Using and Applying Degree in Biomedical Sciences, Healthcare Analytics, or a related discipline is preferred. For Development Partner, at least 2 years of relevant experience in healthcare services, healthcare IT services, or related domains, with exposure to account management, business development, or similar roles. Candidates with at least 5 years of relevant experience may be considered for Senior Development Partner position. Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines effectively. Demonstrated analytical thinking, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong business acumen and proven ability to build and manage stakeholder relationships.
