As we expand, fuelled by venture capital and investment from top-tier real estate equity firms, we are building the technology to give every guest a local five-star experience at scale.

Responsibilities

THE ROLE

As a Senior Development Project Manager, you will lead the delivery of new Bob W properties across Europe, from lease signing through to opening day. You’ll play a key role in negotiating technical lease terms, managing project timelines and budgets, and driving strong ROI on every build.
As part of the Development team, you’ll work hands-on with landlords, contractors, and cross-functional teams to bring each property to life, ensuring it meets Bob W’s brand standards and delivers an exceptional guest experience. This is a collaborative, impact-driven role at the heart of our fast-growing Real Estate function.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:

  • Lead and track construction and renovation projects across Europe from lease signing to opening.
  • Collaborate with landlords, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure quality, timelines, and budgets are met.
  • Review lease annexes, provide technical input, and support CAPEX planning.
  • Coordinate site visits and ensure compliance with legal, safety, and building standards.
  • Manage FFE/OSE delivery, construction closeouts, and building commissioning.
  • Draft scopes of work, appoint consultants, and participate in vendor selection.
  • Travel frequently (approx. 70%) for on-site project oversight.
