Our Developments team are seeking a Senior Development Project Manager to join our team. Reporting to GM - Developments, this exciting new role will provide management oversight for the delivery of development projects including managing consultants and contractors. This full time permanent position is based at our new LDK Amberfield Village and works standard business hours.

• As the Senior Development Project Manager, you will:
• Actively manage development projects, contractors and consultants ensuring compliance with quality, program and feasibility
• Conduct Tenders
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to develop, review and oversee complex and or multiple development briefs
• Supervise site project management staff and liaise with sales and marketing teams

You will bring:

• Demonstrated experience in proactively managing and negotiating with multiple project stakeholders including internal team members, LDK management, consultants and construction contractors.
• Comprehensive understanding of relevant building codes and federal/state/local government approval processes that are required when preparing development/building approval applications; and
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• The ability to work under pressure with an organized approach to meet deadlines.
