We are looking for a Senior Development Specialist (Salesforce Developer) for a six-month contract, with the possibility of a six-month extension. The successful candidate will be a key contributor to a project focused on improving online services for urgent programs and emerging needs. This is a hybrid role, requiring 2-3 days per week in the office, with the option to work on-site five days a week.
This role is integral to enhancing the communication and information sharing between various internal divisions and a central customer service line (311). By integrating a new work management system (EWMS) with a CRM solution (Salesforce), you will help create transparency and improve the flow of information for both internal teams and customers.
