  • You are an experienced (6–8 years) and highly collaborative engineer with a strong growth mindset and a track record of independently driving X-as-a-Service solutions.
  • Strong experience with the LAMP stack is a must.
  • Experience working as a Platform Engineer or DevOps Engineer within an agile organization, with demonstrated ability to use tools like AWS, Kubernetes, Aurora, Docker, CI/CD, Python, Chef, and Terraform to build robust, scalable, user-focused solutions.
  • Solid experience with observability tools such as Elastic, Prometheus, etc.
  • A profound understanding of DevOps practices and development productivity topics.
  • You take ownership of your work – from understanding the requirements to implementation, testing, and maintenance.
  • You strive for continuous improvement, standardization, and best practices.
  • Knowledge in any of the following areas is a plus: software development, quality assurance, or product management.
  • You speak English fluently.
Responsibilities
  • You’ll join a professional agile team helping to shape the future direction of Tradebyte’s global engineering platform.
  • Design, develop, and maintain solutions that optimize our global engineering platform to maximize value for our users.
  • Push our global engineering platform to be reliable, robust, and state-of-the-art.
  • Work with engineering teams to find the balance between operational excellence and new initiatives that bring value to our users.
  • Support questions and inquiries related to our global engineering platform, including our CI/CD tools, AWS landscape, and other systems.
  • Facilitate engineering teams in adopting DevOps practices and promoting a “you build it, you run it” culture.
