As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will play a key part in cloud transformation initiatives, automation strategy, deployment optimization, and ensuring system reliability across environments. The position is ideal for someone who thrives in a hybrid work setup, enjoys solving complex infrastructure challenges, and can lead DevOps best practices across teams. Key Responsibilities Architect, implement, and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure with strong focus on scalability, reliability, and security. Build, optimize, and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or AWS CodePipeline. Automate infrastructure provisioning with Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible. Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes (EKS). Set up robust monitoring, logging, and alerting using CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack. Implement secure cloud environments with IAM, VPC configurations, VPNs, and network best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve deployment issues and enhance system performance. Lead and mentor junior DevOps engineers, supporting skill development and process improvement. Continuously optimize cost, performance, and reliability across AWS services and infrastructure components. What Makes You a Great Fit 8–10 years of strong DevOps experience with deep hands-on knowledge of AWS services like EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, EKS, and CloudFormation. Proven expertise in CI/CD automation, containerization, and infrastructure-as-code using Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation. Strong Linux administration background with solid proficiency in Python or Bash scripting. Extensive experience in Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud-native deployment practices. Skilled in monitoring and logging tools such as CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK. Strong networking and security foundations, including VPCs, load balancers, IAM policies, and VPN configurations. Ability to solve complex infrastructure problems, optimize cloud performance, and drive automation improvements. Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across engineering teams and provide technical leadership. A proactive mindset with a passion for improving reliability, streamlining deployments, and building scalable cloud systems.
