We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to help build, scale, and maintain a rapidly growing AI-driven platform. This role is central to enabling engineering teams to deliver reliable, high-performance services while exploring new technical solutions and experiments. You will design and provision infrastructure, implement monitoring and observability, and ensure seamless deployment pipelines. You will play a critical role in shaping platform reliability, performance, and scalability for millions of users. \n Accountabilities: Collaborate with engineers to provide robust infrastructure support and operational guidance. Manage, monitor, and scale cloud-based services across multiple environments. Provision and maintain infrastructure through Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform and Helm. Support CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows to streamline deployment and integration. Implement and maintain observability through logging, metrics, and tracing. Review code and ensure best practices for scalable, reliable, and secure systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and AI specialists to deliver platform improvements. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in public cloud environments, Kubernetes, and GitOps. Strong skills in Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Helm) and configuration management. Ability to read and understand application code (Go, Python, shell scripting). Experience implementing observability practices through logs, metrics, and tracing. Prior experience in fast-paced, agile startup or technology environments. Excellent communication and collaborative skills in English. Goal-oriented, ownership-driven, and solution-focused mindset. Comfort working on NSFW AI-driven products and user-centric applications. Bonus: experience or interest in generative AI, NLP, ML, or MLOps.
