About the Role: We are looking for a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in AWS cloud environments, CI/CD automation, monitoring, logging, database reliability, and distributed systems. This role requires ownership mindset, deep troubleshooting capability, and collaboration with engineering, security, and data teams to ensure platform stability, performance, and cost efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Cloud & Infrastructure Architect and manage highly available and scalable infrastructure on AWS Design secure VPC architecture, IAM policies, networking, and security controls Manage EC2, EKS (if applicable), RDS, S3, ELB/ALB, CloudFront, etc. Optimize cloud cost and implement FinOps best practices Ensure disaster recovery and business continuity planning CI/CD & Automation Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins Implement automated build, test, and deployment workflows Integrate SonarQube for code quality gates Implement Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation preferred) Automate repetitive operational tasks Monitoring, Logging & Observability Manage ELK stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) for centralized logging Implement log retention and optimization strategies Configure and manage New Relic for APM and infrastructure monitoring Set up alerting and incident response mechanisms Improve system observability and SLO tracking Database & Messaging Systems Manage and optimize: MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka Ensure database high availability, replication, and backup strategies Perform performance tuning and troubleshooting Monitor message queue performance and reliability Security & Compliance Implement DevSecOps practices Ensure secure CI/CD pipelines Perform infrastructure hardening Work closely with security teams for vulnerability management Ensure compliance with data protection standards Reliability & Performance Lead incident management and root cause analysis Improve system reliability and uptime Implement auto-scaling and performance optimization strategies Define and monitor SLAs, SLOs, and KPIs Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) 5+ years in DevOps / SRE / Cloud Engineering roles Strong hands-on experience with AWS Experience managing production systems at scale Experience in high-traffic environments (ride-hailing / fintech / e-commerce preferred) What we offer: Market Competitive Salary 💰 Hit the ground running with a salary that reflects your worth in today’s market.
