• Own and build our cloud infrastructure: Design, deploy, monitor, and maintain our infrastructure on AWS, including multiple Kubernetes clusters, using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
• Automate everything: Improve efficiency through automation, ensuring infrastructure is fully reproducible and scalable.
• Enhance security: Leverage AWS Security Tools (e.g., Security Hub, Macie, GuardDuty) to implement best security practices.
• Support CI/CD: Work with GitLab CI/CD (or similar frameworks) to ensure smooth and secure deployments.
• Develop ops-related solutions: Use Python and Bash to create automation scripts and tools.
• Guide and educate: Support and enable teams to fully utilize our DevOps stack.
• Optimize security: Work with OAuth, WAF, AWS Config, OpenSearch, and security policies.
• Ensure reliability: Troubleshoot issues, optimize monitoring (Prometheus/Grafana, Datadog), and contribute to disaster recovery strategies.
• Be part of on-call rotation: Maintain high availability and ensure system uptime while ensuring work-life balance.
