As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our practice management software that empowers nearly one in four doctors in Germany. We offer doctors the ultimate solution for seamless and secure e-health management, ensuring that efficient practice management is a cornerstone of their everyday work. Your Contribution: Infrastructure Management: Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure using technologies such as Kubernetes and Terraform to ensure scalability and reliability. Continuous Integration and Delivery: Utilize GitLab CI/CD to automate deployment processes, ensuring quick and efficient delivery of software updates. Application Deployment: Implement and manage ArgoCD for continuous deployment, and use Helm charts for application packaging and management. Monitoring and Performance: Use Grafana to monitor system performance and health, ensuring optimal performance of our applications. Collaboration: Work closely with software development teams to create reliable pipelines and promote best practices in infrastructure as code. Problem-Solving: Analyze system performance and troubleshoot issues to improve service reliability and efficiency. What You Bring: IT Background: Completed Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, providing a solid foundation for your technical expertise. Expertise: Proven experience in a DevOps role with hands-on expertise in Kubernetes, Terraform, GitLab CI/CD, ArgoCD, Helm charts, and Grafana. Experience in the healthcare software industry is a plus. Automation and Scripting: Strong understanding of automation tools and scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python). Collaboration Skills: Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and communicate effectively. Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent command of English is required, and proficiency in German is preferred.
