Senior DevOps Engineer | Frankfurt | Up to €100,000

Are you a Senior DevOps Engineer looking for your next challenge in Frankfurt?

We are currently working with an exciting organisation that is looking to strengthen its engineering function with an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with modern cloud technologies, automation and infrastructure, while having genuine ownership and influence over the technical environment.

The Role

You will play a key role in designing, automating and continuously improving cloud and infrastructure platforms, working closely with development, architecture and security teams.

Key responsibilities include:

• Designing, implementing and maintaining scalable cloud infrastructure
• Developing and optimising CI/CD pipelines
• Implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform
• Managing and improving Kubernetes/containerised environments
• Driving automation and DevOps best practices across engineering teams
• Improving monitoring, observability, reliability and system performance
• Supporting cloud migration and platform modernisation initiatives
• Working closely with development, security and architecture teams
• Troubleshooting complex production and infrastructure issues
• Contributing to technical strategy, standards and best practices

What we're looking for:

We're looking for an experienced DevOps professional with strong hands-on technical skills across:

• AWS, Azure or GCP
• Kubernetes / Docker
• Terraform / Infrastructure as Code
• CI/CD – GitLab, Jenkins, GitHub Actions or similar
• Linux administration
• Cloud automation and scripting
• Monitoring/observability – Prometheus, Grafana, ELK or similar
• Networking and security fundamentals
• Experience working within production environments

You'll also need strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with developers, architects, security teams and senior stakeholders.
