This role is critical for ensuring the seamless operation and reliability of cloud-native systems and applications. The right candidate will play a key role in building and maintaining automated infrastructures, collaborating with engineering teams to enhance system performance and efficiency. Build operational dashboards and automation workflows for system reliability and uptime. Monitor system performance and reliability, implementing necessary improvements. Collaborate with software engineering teams to design and implement robust systems. Write and maintain automation tasks to streamline infrastructure processes. Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation for incident response and root cause analysis. Implement security and compliance best practices across infrastructure. Manage AWS EKS Kubernetes clusters for containerized applications. Requirements 5+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), DevOps, or related fields. Familiarity with SRE concepts such as SLI/SLOs and Golden Signals. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Proven experience with Kubernetes in areas like monitoring, deployment, and scaling. Deep understanding of AWS services including EC2, EKS, S3, IAM, CloudWatch. Experience with CI/CD pipelines, particularly using GitHub Actions. Scripting expertise in Bash Shell. Solid knowledge of Docker and container registries.
