Business Segment/Department Enterprise Enablement Platform Services To analyze workflows, optimize tools/processes, support technical upgrades, and serve as a bridge between engineering teams and business users while promoting automation, cost optimization, and compliance across the ServiceNow ecosystem. Primary Responsibilities: Analyze workflow challenges and identify inefficiencies in tools, processes, or data Perform technical testing during system upgrades, patches, and platform releases Gather requirements from cross functional teams and translate them into technical, automatable solutions Act as a liaison between engineering teams and end users to ensure clarity and alignment Promote and evangelize the ServiceNow Platform and build strong partnerships with instance owners across the organization Drive cost reduction initiatives by identifying unused, duplicate, or oversized licenses Monitor compliance to ensure proper usage aligned with contractual and regulatory requirements Manage reporting and demand forecasting, including inventory tracking and modeling future licensing needs Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so Required Qualifications: 6+ years of experience in technical analysis, system support, or platform operations Experience analyzing workflows, optimizing processes, or supporting enterprise platforms Solid understanding of ITSM processes (Incident/Problem/Change/Request) Basic ServiceNow familiarity with willingness to perform light development tasks Preferred Qualifications: Experience with ServiceNow administration, configuration, or scripting Experience with testing activities during upgrades or patch cycles Understanding of licensing models and cost optimization strategies Proven ability to build automation or assist in low code/no code development At UnitedHealth Group, our mission is to help people live healthier lives and make the health system work better for everyone.
