POSITION DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer to lead the modernization of our CI/CD infrastructure, transitioning from Azure DevOps to GitHub. This role requires deep expertise in DevOps practices, strong collaboration with development teams, and the ability to support an on-call schedule for production environments.

Responsibilities

YOUR FUTURE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub, Azure DevOps, Ansible, and Jenkins
  • Collaborate closely with development teams to support an Agile Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • Provide hands-on support for CI/CD deployments across Non-Production and Production environments
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, sprint demos, and retrospectives
  • Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshooting for Web and API-based solutions
  • Support and maintain Kubernetes clusters using Helm
  • Manage and optimize Linux-based systems and environments
  • Participate in and support an on-call rotation to ensure system reliability and uptime

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:

  • Proven experience with CI/CD tools including GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, and Ansible
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies
  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Helm, and Linux
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to participate in an on-call support schedule
