Responsibilities

YOUR FUTURE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for cloud-based applications. This includes close collaboration with teams to ensure best practices are shared and adopted.
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform, CloudFormation, and other IaC tools. This includes close collaboration with teams to ensure best practices are shared and adopted.
  • Collaborate with development, security, and operations teams to ensure consistent environments. This includes close collaboration with teams to ensure best practices are shared and adopted.
  • Monitor application and infrastructure performance and proactively address issues. This includes close collaboration with teams to ensure best practices are shared and adopted.
  • Mentor junior DevOps engineers and contribute to DevOps best practices across the organization. This includes close collaboration with teams to ensure best practices are shared and adopted.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE

  • 5+ years of DevOps experience in enterprise or large-scale environments. A commitment to continuous improvement and a drive to stay at the forefront of industry trends is essential.
  • Deep expertise in AWS, Azure, or GCP (multi-cloud preferred). A commitment to continuous improvement and a drive to stay at the forefront of industry trends is essential.
  • Mastery of CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI. A commitment to continuous improvement and a drive to stay at the forefront of industry trends is essential.
  • Experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible, Chef, or Puppet. A commitment to continuous improvement and a drive to stay at the forefront of industry trends is essential.

    Proficiency with the following or similar technologies is required or strongly preferred:
    o Containerization platforms and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
    o IaC and configuration management (e.g., Terraform, Ansible)
    o CI/CD pipeline tools (e.g., Jenkins, ArgoCD, GitHub Actions)
    o Monitoring/logging platforms (e.g., ELK Stack, Prometheus)
    o Experience with service discovery tools (Consul, etcd).
    o Hands-on with automated testing frameworks in CI/CD (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, Pytest).
    o Proficiency with distributed systems design and cloud-native event-driven architecture.
    o Exposure to compliance-as-code practices and policies.
