Infosys is seeking Senior Devops / Production Support Engineer

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Highly Experienced DevOps / Production support Engineer with at least 6 years of experience in supporting and automating enterprise grade applications, maintenance and uplift of critical infrastructure components, and strong proficiency in following technologies:

• Strong hands-on expertise in CI/CD pipelines, build automation, monitoring and issue resolution in production environments
• Experience with managing and supporting build and deployment processes using Devops tools like Git, Bitbucket and XLR
• Strong experience with debugging and resolving production issues quickly and efficiently to ensure minimal downtime
• Experience with application monitoring tools like ELF, Kibana etc
• Experience with secure application access management and certificate management
• Expertise with performance, load and functionality testing tools like Postman, Jmeter etc
• Knowledge of programming languages like Java, Python etc
• Experience with SQL (Oracle, DB2) and NoSQL databases (MySQL, MongoDB or Couchbase)
• Experience with ‘Platform as a Service’ (PaaS) applications is a plus
• Strong experience in Agile with knowledge of ceremonies.
• Ability to effectively collaborate with development teams
• Ability to enable business capabilities through innovation
• Demonstrated willingness to upskill on new technologies and takes pride in how fast they develop working software
• Ability to effectively communicate across third parties, technical and business product managers on solution design is a plus
• Experience with Agile application development concepts including build automation, pair programming, testing automation and code management (branching and forking etc.)
• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
• Experience in Financial Services domain
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in Financial Services domain and specifically on Credit Card domain
• Good Analytical and Problem-solving skills
