Description

Scope: Full Time, Employed Location: Tel Aviv Salary: Depending on Experience. Role Overview: As a Senior DevOps Team Leader, you will define and execute the strategy for a global ecosystem and enterprise SaaS infrastructure. You’ll lead a distributed team, enforce governance, drive automation, and collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure operational excellence, compliance, and innovation at scale. Responsibilities: Create and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines to power our advanced AI and optimization solutions. Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) by leveraging tools like Terraform and Kubernetes to automate deployment, scaling, and environment management. Implement robust observability systems—including monitoring, logging, and alerting—to ensure high availability, performance, and reliability across all services. Collaborate with development teams to streamline the software delivery lifecycle, accelerate deployment speed, and embed best practices for security and operational excellence. 10+ years of experience in DevOps or related roles, with at least 5 years in senior leadership positions. Proven track record managing global teams and enterprise SaaS environments. Deep expertise in Salesforce architecture, deployment tools, and release management. Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and networking (VPNs, VPCs, firewalls, routing, etc), and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Kubernetes, and Helm). Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash) and CI/CD best practices. Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills at executive level. Experience with compliance frameworks and security governance.
