Description

Lead and mentor DevOps engineers, promoting continuous improvement and collaboration. Maintain stability of observability platforms using Grafana, OpenTelemetry, and CloudWatch. Create actionable dashboards and alerts to prevent failures. Monitor system health and performance through robust logging and health checks. Ensure smooth release management and operational excellence. Administer and secure Linux-based systems, including patching and performance tuning. Conduct incident response and root cause analysis for production issues, ensuring timely resolution. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in DevOps or related roles. Strong experience in CI/CD processes and release management. Hands-on expertise with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm. Proficient in GitOps practices using ArgoCD. Solid understanding of microservices architecture and service mesh concepts. Skilled in scripting languages such as Python and Bash for automation. Strong familiarity with AWS services and cloud architecture. Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
