We are seeking a Senior DevSecOps / Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to drive reliability, observability, and automation across large-scale hybrid cloud environments. This role focuses on improving uptime, reducing mean time to recovery (MTTR), streamlining incident management, and supporting large-scale cloud migrations. You will work across Azure, AWS, and on-prem environments, building resilient infrastructure and ensuring mission-critical applications meet strict availability and performance standards. What you’ll bring: Strong background in DevOps, SRE, or cloud infrastructure engineering. Deep experience with Azure and AWS cloud environments. Hands-on expertise with monitoring/observability tools (Datadog, Dynatrace, or similar). Proficiency with Terraform and infrastructure-as-code best practices. Solid scripting/automation skills (Python, Bash, or PowerShell). Familiarity with the VA ecosystem—especially VA Platform One, enterprise GitHub practices, VA.gov standards, or DevSecOps models— is a plus.  Excellent communication skills, with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to prioritize, manage dependencies, and deliver in complex environments. Experience working in Agile development environments. Performs other related duties as assigned. Requirements: Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.
