Cartime is a prestigious used car supermarket specialising in quality used cars. Offering a ‘new way to buy a used car’, and with over 900 cars on display, we are one of the biggest used car dealerships in Manchester.
Due to our expansion a fantastic and exciting opportunity has recently been made available for an experienced Level 3 Technician, based in the Bury and Rochdale areas of Manchester.

The Role:
· To advise the workshop controller if additional work is required on a vehicle and to seek their assistance and authority in order to rectify faults
· Undertaking various repairs, from minor maintenance to major/in depth work
· Diagnosing and fault finding
· Other adhoc duties as and when required
What you’ll need:
· Level 3 Diploma / City & Guilds in vehicle mechanics or proven equivalent experience
· Excellent knowledge of mechanical, electrical and electronic components of vehicles
· Working knowledge of vehicle diagnostic systems and methods
· Ability to handle various tools and heavy equipment
· Willingness to observe all safety precautions for protection against accidents, dangerous fluids, chemicals etc
The Benefits:
· The salary for this position is £40,000 per annum with bonus, depending on experience
· Overtime available
· Working hours for this position is 42 hours per week. Monday – Friday 08:30 -17:30. With some weekend work
