Hours: 1 day per week, any of Monday to Friday 8-4

· Be recognised as a highly specialist Dietitian in the field of cancer and palliative care, working within a dedicated multidisciplinary team.
· Directly impact patient care by assessing and managing complex nutritional needs for those with cancer and palliative conditions.
· Work with patients, carers, and professionals to develop tailored dietetic treatment goals as part of their overall care plan.
· Engage in complex clinical reasoning to provide expert dietetic interventions, supporting patients in their treatment journey.
· Play a key role in multi-professional goal setting alongside the Macmillan AHP team, ensuring patient-centred care.
· Enhance quality of life for patients by facilitating informed decision-making and ensuring care is provided in their preferred setting.
