ABOUT THE ROLE

• Provide expert outpatient dietetic care using advanced clinical skills to patients with diabetes and chronic conditions.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to drive service planning and embed evidence-based practice.
• Deliver targeted clinical education and mentorship to staff and dietetic students, supporting their professional development.
• Lead the development of effective patient education resources and coordinate quality improvement initiatives.
• Utilise advanced clinical reasoning and independent judgement to expertly manage complex cases.
