Job Description The Sr. Digital Adoption Specialist will be responsible for building programs used for onboarding, training and communication that optimize WalkMe and other in-application AI solutions and generate actionable data for improved customer retention. Develop and implement comprehensive digital adoption strategies for multiple SaaS applications Analyze user behavior and engagement metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize digital adoption initiatives Design and create interactive walkthroughs, tooltips, and other in-app guidance using digital adoption platforms Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and tailor adoption solutions accordingly Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to digital adoption and user engagement Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in digital adoption and change management Continuously optimize and refine digital adoption strategies based on user feedback and data insights Install and use the assigned insightsoftware products and develop an in-depth understanding of them Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field 5+ years of experience in digital adoption, software implementation, or a similar role Proficiency in digital adoption platforms such as WalkMe, Pendo, or Whatfix Strong data analysis and reporting skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations Proven track record of successful digital adoption initiatives in enterprise environments Experience with a wide range of enterprise software and SaaS applications Advanced communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail In-depth understanding of user experience (UX) principles and their application in digital adoption Knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design concepts Certifications in digital adoption platforms are preferred Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Project management and/or Jira experience Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines. ** At this time insightsoftware is not able to offer sponsorship to candidates who are not eligible to work in the country where the position is located. ** insightsoftware About Us: Hear From Our Team - InsightSoftware (wistia.com) Background checks are required for employment with insightsoftware, where permitted by country, state/province.
