Description

ABOUT US

Ancient + Brave is a mission driven wellness brand, founded in 2018 by Kate Prince who saw a gap in the market for sustainable products which support women’s health and wellness. From the start Kate wanted the company to be unique, creating innovative formulas with targeted health benefits. The elements of daily ritual and ancestral health are integral to the brand.
As a B-Corp, Ancient + Brave meets the highest standards of social and environmental impact. In June 2024, we were named 5th in The Sunday Times 100 fastest-growing private companies - our brand has developed an incredible following and following investment from Piper, is ready to scale in the UK and internationally.
Want to be a part of a team that’s shaping the future of health and wellbeing?
We’d love to have you!

PLEASE NOTE:

  • This role requires full time working at our stunning Uckfield offices. Please apply only if you’re within a reasonable commute to East Sussex. There will be an option to work from home two days per week after successful completion of your probationary period.
  • We’re not seeking recruitment support for this role at this time.
Responsibilities

THE ROLE

Steven Bartlett recently said:
“Winning brands will have the best understanding of their audience, they will build the strongest communities, build strong industry partnerships, create distribution advantages, and create experiences that feel human, immersive and community-led.”
As our Digital Data Analyst, your mission is to make that vision a reality through data. You will be the analytical backbone of our team – designing and delivering the insights and intelligence that allow us to truly understand our audience, fuel our marketing and product strategies, and shape immersive, community-led experiences.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting to the Chief Digital Officer you will be responsible for:
+ Building and maintaining a holistic view of customer behaviour across our digital ecosystem (web, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), ecommerce, social media, paid media, subscriptions).
+ Segmenting audiences and identifying opportunities to enhance loyalty, retention, and lifetime value.
+ Designing and delivering dashboards, reports and ad hoc analyses that support decision-making across teams (marketing, product, ecommerce, community).
+ Partnering with Marketing to measure and optimise the performance of campaigns, channels and funnels. Establishing test & learn principles that help drive investments in marketing channels.
+ Collaborating with the Ecommerce and Product teams to understand key friction points and opportunities in the customer journey.
+ Contributing to forecasting, cohort analysis and predictive modelling to help shape long-term growth strategies.
+ Translating data into compelling insights, narratives, and recommendations that drive action.
