Responsibilities
  • Be a strong digital Art Director with solid fundamentals of typography, photography, color, composition.
  • Originate fresh, innovative creative ideas in a timely manner at all budget levels.
  • Focus on the Lincoln Access Rewards and Certified Pre-Owned portions of the business.
  • May work on cross-channel projects with creatives in both Detroit and New York campuses.
  • Translate ideas across various media with a focus on digital channels.
  • Ensure the quality of work produced is in line with agency and client expectations.
  • Work with all departments in a collaborative, mutually respectful manner.
  • Maintain and support all company standards.
  • Be nimble and flexible, performing other related duties and projects as assigned.

    You have…

  • An expert knowledge of the Adobe Suite Programs (i.e. Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign, etc.).

  • An ability to professionally engage with and take criticism from clients.
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to persuade.
  • Exceptional skills in user experience and content strategy.
  • A fast-paced learner who is passionate about the advertising industry.
  • A strong portfolio that showcases conceptual abilities.
  • The desire and ability to work collaboratively with a small team.
  • A discerning eye, to be able to bring luxury brands to life visually.
  • Have an understanding of SEO & web accessibility.
  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • The physical and mental requirements to meet the above listed job responsibilities.
  • Meet WPP guidelines to travel to photo/video shoots.
  • The ability to work in-office at our Detroit location.

    It would be helpful if you have…

  • Knowledge of the Figma design platform a plus.

  • Prior experience in business loyalty and customer retention programs.
  • Experience in pre-owned vehicle sales.
  • Evident understanding of video and photo editing programs helpful.
  • Experience with automobile or luxury/premium brands.
