You already have solid experience with no-code platforms and the Atruvia banking process and want to take the next step: moving away from pure implementation and towards the role of a sparring and solutions partner for our specialist departments. You will actively shape the digitalization of our banking processes – conceptually, strategically, and with a high degree of personal responsibility.

Your area of ​​responsibility

You will design, model and implement digital processes in the Atruvia banking system and continuously develop them further on the Atruvia no-code platform.

You will manage, configure and maintain banking processes and applications, ensuring stable day-to-day operations.

You advise specialist departments and process owners as a sparring and solution partner on suitable digital solutions in the Atruvia environment.

You analyze technical requirements, derive viable solution concepts and implement them in a practical way.

You evaluate standard solutions versus bank-specific implementations and identify potential for digitalization and optimization.

You will work closely with bank organizations, process owners, IT and external service providers, and support the transfer of professional processes into digital solutions.

You will handle first- and second-level support, analyze application errors, develop workarounds, and manage escalations until a final solution is found.

You ensure the quality of digital processes through testing, documentation, and compliance with regulatory and security-related requirements.
