Overview:

  • Full-time, Continuing position
  • $112,068 - $126,209 + 17% Superannuation and Flexible Working Arrangements
  • Based at the Melbourne CBD campus, and hybrid ways of working

About the role/you
You’ll be at the heart of our efforts to enhance the prospective student journey, diving deep into the AEM platform to refine and shape our website. You’ll work with a passionate team of developers, QA specialists, and other experts to deliver projects that truly make an impact.
You’ll facilitate workshops and meetings, translating business processes into clear and actionable documentation, such as epics and user stories. As part of our Agile team, you’ll lead and participate in ceremonies to ensure we stay on track. Your collaboration with web optimisation teams and authors will ensure we deliver content experiences that resonate with users. You’ll also oversee user acceptance testing, ensuring every solution meets high standards. Beyond your project work, you’ll mentor other analysts, sharing your expertise and driving continuous improvement across the team.

To be successful in this position, you’ll have:

  • Agile business analysis experience in large complex environments is mandatory, including previous experience facilitating discovery workshops, epic/feature/story definition, estimation, and product showcases
  • Knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager or similar Content Management System is preferred, but experience will be highly considered.
  • An ability to manage and collaborate with business and technology stakeholders in the development of operational processes and technical requirements
  • Experience in different user story mapping techniques to help break business problems into deliverable pieces of value
  • Strong technical acumen with some experience in operations and service management
  • Requirements elicitation experience required including senior stakeholder engagement
  • Exposure to education sector is highly advantageous but not essential
