JOB SUMMARY:

Ruggable is looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Senior Digital Content Manager to own the content strategy across our digital assets, including our homepage, product detail pages (PDPs), and other on-site content experiences. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping the customer journey through compelling, conversion-optimized customer touchpoints that reflect Ruggable’s brand voice and drive business results. The ideal candidate has a strong editorial background, a deep understanding of e-commerce UX, and a data-informed mindset.

Responsibilities

Success in this role means delivering high-performing, personalized experiences across Ruggable’s owned site that meaningfully improves customer engagement, enhances the shopping journey, and drives measurable lifts in conversion and revenue. Key responsibilities include:

  • Own the content strategy and execution for Ruggable’s owned site experiences, including homepage, landing pages, and PDPs
  • Maintain and evolve the content calendar in alignment with site merchandising, marketing, and product launch plans
  • Collaborate closely with Technology, Marketing, UX Design, and Brand teams to develop content that supports product launches, campaigns, and seasonal moments
  • Optimize on-site copy and content to drive engagement, reduce bounce rate, and improve conversion metrics
  • Ensure consistency of tone, voice, and messaging across all site content
  • Use analytics tools and A/B testing to evaluate performance and iterate on content strategy
  • Lead site content briefing, asset review, and approval for on-site content updates
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate dynamic content modules and personalization into site experiences
  • Develop and implement personalized content strategies to tailor messaging and visuals based on customer segments, behaviors, and preferences
  • Stay current on content trends, SEO best practices, and competitor strategies in the e-commerce and home/lifestyle space
